ADVANTAGE - The method improves the heat transfer efficiency and improves the thermal conductivity. The hydroxy-modified boron nitride generates intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the polymer base material, which increases the loading content of the boron nitride in the fiber material, and has more uniform dispersion.
