NOVELTY - A carboxyl functionalized oxide graphene concrete comprises 0.25-0.55 kg/m3 carboxyl functionalized graphene oxide dispersion liquid, 150 to 200 kg/m3 water, 390-420 kg/m3 cement, 50-70 kg/m3 fly ash, 15-40 kg/m3 siliceous dust, 1100-1200 kg/m3 gravel, 600-700 kg/m3 sand, and 4.5-6.5 kg/m3 water reducing agent. USE - Carboxyl functionalized oxide graphene concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete exhibits high performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Carboxyl functionalized oxide graphene concrete comprises 0.25-0.55 kg/m3 carboxyl functionalized graphene oxide dispersion liquid, 150 to 200 kg/m3 water, 390-420 kg/m3 cement, 50-70 kg/m3 fly ash, 15-40 kg/m3 siliceous dust, 1100-1200 kg/m3 gravel, 600-700 kg/m3 sand, and 4.5-6.5 kg/m3 water reducing agent. The carboxyl functionalized oxide graphene is prepared by: (A) adding graphite powder into concentrated sulfuric acid, placing in ice water bath, fully stirring and mixing and slowly adding potassium permanganate, and speed stirring; (B) transferring solution into 35 degrees C constant temperature water bath for stirring; (C) putting into ice water bath, adding deionized water, stirring, using ultrasonic method of dispersing oxidized graphene into normal temperature storage after drying; (D) using ultrasonic dispersion method to obtain dispersed into uniform single layer graphene oxide solution; (E) preparing graphene oxide into suspension; (F) putting dispersion into graphene oxide colloid solution, adding sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid in graphene oxide colloid solution, fully stirring and uniformly mixing; and (G) putting graphene oxide surface of hydroxyl and epoxy groups into carboxyl to obtain homogeneous carboxyl functionalized graphene oxide solution, filtering, and drying to prepare carboxyl functionalized graphene oxide.
