NOVELTY - Device comprises a first raw material tank (1), a second raw material tank (2), a micro mixer (5), a micro channel reactor (7), a separation device (8), a graphene oxide collection device (10), a acid liquid collection device (9) and a purification device (11), where the first raw material tank and the second raw material tank are respectively connected to the feed port of the micro mixer, the discharge port of the micromixer is connected with the feed port of the microchannel reactor, the discharge port of the microchannel reactor is connected with the separation device, the graphene oxide collection device and the acid liquid collection device are respectively connected to a separation device, the purification device is connected with the graphene oxide collection device. A first feed pump is provided between the first raw material tank and the micro mixer, and a second feed pump is provided between the second raw material tank and the micro mixer.
