▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a superconducting current collector comprises (i) mixing conductive material, superconducting nanomaterial, and binder evenly in a solvent to obtain a superconducting nanocoating slurry; (ii) selecting a current collector substrate, and coating the superconducting nano-coating slurry to the surface of the current collector substrate through a coating system to form a superconducting layer; and (iii) drying the superconducting layer and coiling the superconducting current collector. The mass ratio of conductive material, superconducting nanomaterial, and binder are 1:0.3-0.8:0.2-0.3. USE - Preparation method of superconducting current collector used in non-aqueous secondary battery manufacturing technology field for continuously charging, discharging, and converting secondary battery into electric energy by chemical energy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to preparation superconducting current collector that improves the internal resistance of the secondary battery's high-rate charging and discharging scene, so as to improve the internal circulation efficiency so that the secondary battery has higher conductivity in the high-rate charging and discharge scene.
