NOVELTY - The method for synthesizing graphene-polydimethylsiloxane functional sponge, involves adding graphene powder, diluent and polydimethylsiloxane prepolymer to container, obtaining uniform suspension solution by continuous ultrasonic cavitation effect, adding template agent and polydimethylsiloxane curing agent, initiating crosslinking polymerization of polydimethylsiloxane, depositing mixture of graphene-polydimethylsiloxane on template frame, obtaining graphene-polydimethylsiloxane-templating agent composite material, crosslinking and curing, adding aqueous solvent and drying. USE - Method for synthesizing graphene-polydimethylsiloxane functional sponge used in oil spill treatment and industrial organic waste treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method enables synthesis of graphene-polydimethylsiloxane functional sponge with flexible plasticity, excellent mechanical properties and wetting properties, high adsorption capacity, high adsorption rate and excellent recycling capacity by simple and efficient process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for synthesizing graphene-polydimethylsiloxane functional sponge, involves adding graphene powder, diluent and polydimethylsiloxane prepolymer to open reaction container, obtaining uniform suspension solution by continuous ultrasonic cavitation effect, adding template agent and polydimethylsiloxane curing agent, initiating crosslinking polymerization of polydimethylsiloxane by utilizing ultrasonic cavitation effect and volatilization of diluent, depositing the mixture of graphene-polydimethylsiloxane on the template frame, obtaining composite material of graphene-polydimethylsiloxane-templating agent, forming the composite material in a mold, heat radiation crosslinking and curing, adding aqueous solvent for promoting the dissolution of the template and low-temperature drying.
