▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electroless plating method comprises injection molding a synthetic resin material, immersing in degreasing solution containing triethanolamine and 1-65% sulfuric acid, immersing in pre-etching solution containing 1,2-dimethoxypropane, immersing in hydrogen peroxide solution for 1-2 minutes, transferring to acetone solution, immersing and ultrasonically cleaning, chemically etching and conditioning by immersing it in a conditioning solution containing polyoxyethylene alcohol, immersing it in an aqueous hydrochloric acid solution, immersing neutralized synthetic resin material in catalyst solution containing palladium chloride, hydroxylamine sulfate, hydroxy benzoic acid, and an aqueous sulfuric acid solution, forming nickel plating layer on the surface, forming pattern by irradiating through optical fiber laser, immersing in an activation solution containing hydrofluoric acid, sodium sulfate, and graphene oxide colloid and chrome plating the copper-plated synthetic resin material. USE - The method is useful for electroless plating. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces development cost, mold cost and cost for injection unit cost by producing a double injection effect without deteriorating corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance through a single injection; prevents defects e.g. non-plating and over-plating due to double injection unmolding and material overflow, and increases production efficiency by improving speed by reducing injection steps; increases aesthetics of the product appearance, improves durability of the product by preventing the lifting phenomenon.
