▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-modified titanium aluminide alloy material is prepared by taking pre-alloy powder (I), adding graphene powder, performing electrode atomization under inert gas atmosphere, mixing at speed of 10-300 revolutions/minute for 0.5-2.5 hours under inert gas atmosphere, standing 5-20 minutes, mixing for 2-50 hours, hot sintering, spark plasma sintering, and hot isostatic pressing. USE - Method for preparing graphene-modified titanium aluminide alloy material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-modified titanium aluminide alloy material is prepared by taking pre-alloy powder (TiaAlbX), adding graphene powder, performing electrode atomization under inert gas atmosphere, mixing at speed of 10-300 revolutions/minute for 0.5-2.5 hours under inert gas atmosphere, standing 5-20 minutes, mixing for 2-50 hours, hot sintering, spark plasma sintering, and hot isostatic pressing. a=40-50; b=(0.1-10)X; and X=Mo, Cr, Nb, V, S1, Fe, Zr, Mn, B, W, or Y.
