NOVELTY - Graphene-modified fluorine alkyd resin aqueous anticorrosion functional coating comprises graphene-modified aqueous fluorine alkyd resin, propylene glycol, thickening leveling agent, deionized water, dispersant, auxiliary agent, defoaming agent, and wetting agent. The graphene-modified aqueous fluorine alkyd resin includes vegetable oil fatty acid, organic acid anhydride, polybasic acid, polyol, dimethylbenzene, benzoic acid, dimethylolpropionic acid, acetone, fluorine vinyl monomer, graphite, polyisocyanate, acrylic monomer, neutralizing agent and dibutyltin dilaurate. USE - Graphene-modified fluorine alkyd resin aqueous anticorrosion functional coating used e.g. in marine coating, wood coating, conductive coating and anticorrosion antifouling coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified fluorine alkyd resin aqueous anticorrosion functional coating has high hardness, good mechanical performance, high crosslinking density, good wear resistance, excellent waterproof property, corrosion resistance, very low surface tension, good pollution resistance, self-cleaning property, and antistatic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-modified fluorine alkyd resin aqueous anticorrosion functional coating comprises 68.0-82.0 pts. wt. graphene-modified aqueous fluorine alkyd resin, 3.5-8.0 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. thickening leveling agent, 8.0-20.0 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.0-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 0.5-1.0 pt. wt. defoaming agent, and 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. wetting agent.
