▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing corrugated electrode comprises (a) preparing a flexible substrate of an interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) by mixing the base synthetic rubber and the guest natural rubber; (b) renal deformation of the flexible substrate; (c) crosslinking the renal-deformed flexible substrate; (d) forming an electrode layer on the crosslinked flexible substrate; and (e) removing elongational deformation of the flexible substrate on which the electrode layer is formed. USE - The corrugated electrode is useful for flexible electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The corrugated electrode prevents mechanical damage and electrical damage to flexible electronic devices, and exhibits stable electrical conductivity even under a high tensile strain of 100% or more and electrode layer does not peel off, while having excellent flexibility and elasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a corrugated electrode comprising a flexible substrate on which an electrode layer having an average thickness of 1-30 mu m is formed, where the flexible substrate is a base synthetic rubber and guest natural rubber having an interpenetrating polymer network structure.
