NOVELTY - The preparation method of conductive paste involves weighing preprocessed graphene oxide dispersion liquid and ethylenediamine, adding 0.5-0.6 pt. wt. sodium borate saturated solution and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. carbon nanotube and then reacting, adding ethanol solution and then filtering, refining using silver nitrate solution, adding hydrazine hydrate solution and ammonium polyacrylate and then filtering, adding 50-80 pts. wt. solvent, 10-15 pts. wt. filler, 5-8 pts. wt. dispersant and 3-8 pts. wt. glycerol and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparation of conductive paste. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of conductive paste with excellent conductivity.
