USE - Carbon anode material for use in a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The material has good electronic electric-conductivity, high-speed transmission of lithium ions, and coulombic efficiency of 100%, and can be prepared in a simple and easy manner with high industrialized production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing carbon anode material (2) a lithium-ion battery negative plate.
