▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophobic film with low water absorption comprises (i) drying 20-30 pts. wt. corn starch at 110-120 degrees C for 1-2 hours, placing in oil bath at 100-105 degrees C, adding 0.6-0.9 pts. wt. silane coupling agent A-151 (vinyltriethoxysilane) and 0.6-0.9 pts. wt. stearic acid, and activating for 10-20 minutes to obtain hydrophobized corn starch, (ii) dissolving 20-30 pts. wt. soybean isolated protein and 10-15 pts. wt. urea in 250-280 pts. wt. deionized water, adjusting pH using sodium hydroxide solution, adding 5-7.5 pts. wt. epoxy oleic acid, 5-7.5 pts. wt. emulsified epoxy resin, and reacting to obtain compound modified soybean protein emulsion, and (iii) mixing hydrophobized corn starch and modified soybean protein emulsion, adding 2-3 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide solution, 1-2 pts. wt. modified hollow glass beads and 1-2 pts. wt. surface-treated nano antimony tin oxide, casting into polytetrafluoroethylene mold, and drying in oven at 45-50 degrees C for 20-24 hours to obtain film. USE - The method is useful for preparing hydrophobic film with low water absorption.
