NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene-chitosan composition conductive nerve repair stent with longitudinal holes comprises e.g. adding chitosan powder to acetic acid solution (or phosphoric acid, citric acid, lactic acid, stirring to fully dissolve, and forming chitosan solution, adding graphene powder to deionized water, stirring vigorously for 1 hours, and then carrying out ultrasonic to make it fully dispersed, and forming a graphene dispersion suspension, slowly adding graphene dispersion to the chitosan solution while continuously stirring, and then continuing to disperse the mixture by ultrasonic to obtain a mixed solution A with uniformly dispersed graphene, slowly adding 10 mg/ml genipin solution dropwise to the mixed solution A, stirring to obtain material B of flat crosslinking agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene-chitosan composition conductive nerve repair stent with longitudinal holes. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process, mild reaction conditions, and is easy to operate; has good mechanical toughness, electrical conductivity, biocompatibility, degradability in vivo, and has stimulating nerve fiber and blood vessel regeneration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene-chitosan composition conductive nerve repair stent with longitudinal holes comprises (a) adding chitosan powder to a 1-10% acetic acid solution (or phosphoric acid, citric acid, lactic acid, stirring for 2-10 hours to fully dissolve, and forming chitosan solution with a concentration of 5-50 mg/ml; (b) adding graphene powder to deionized water, stirring vigorously for 1 hours, and then carrying out ultrasonic for 4-10 hours to make it fully dispersed, and forming a graphene dispersion suspension with a concentration of 2-10 mg/ml; (c) according to the mass ratio of graphene powder to chitosan of 1:20-100, slowly adding graphene dispersion to the chitosan solution while continuously stirring for 1 hour, and then continuing to disperse the mixture by ultrasonic method 2-10 hours to obtain a mixed solution A with uniformly dispersed graphene; (d) according to the mass ratio of 0.1-5% chitosan, slowly adding 10 mg/ml genipin solution dropwise to the mixed solution A, stirring at 20-30 degrees C for 1-4 hours to obtain material B of flat crosslinking agent; and (e) injecting B into a cylindrical mold with an inner diameter of 2-10 mm and a height of 1-20 cm, and using a constant speed of 0.1-5 cm/minute to immerse the mold vertically in liquid nitrogen until the liquid nitrogen completely immerses the mold, then taking out the mold, and then freeze-drying and genipin full cross-linking reaction.
