NOVELTY - Preparing heating film graphene involves using laser irradiation to carbonize and graphitize surface of polyimide film, converting into graphene conductive film, obtaining polyimide film with a graphene conductive film on the surface, printing electrodes on graphene conductive film of polyimide film with graphene conductive film on surface, encapsulating polyimide film with graphene conductive film on surface after printing electrodes to obtain graphene heating film. USE - Method for preparing heating film graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to have simple process, small thickness and good flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene heating film, which is prepared by preparation method, graphene heating film sequentially includes three-layer structure of packaging layer, electrode layer and polyimide film with graphene conductive film on surface, and graphene heating film has thickness of 75-155 microns.
