NOVELTY - This new type utility claims one a graphene nano-crystalline silicon solar energy cell, wherein a structure of said solar energy battery to the lower in turn is as follows: a metal electrode, a wide bandgap n-type, p-type graphite of wide band gap, n-type nano-crystalline silicon thin film, a p-type nano-crystalline silicon thin film, n type graphene of narrow band gap, p type graphene of narrow band gap, a lower metal. A n type and p type of graphene of wide band gap is used for absorbing short wave length wave band of sunlight, the n-type and p-type nano-crystalline silicon thin film used in wave length absorption wave band of sunlight, n type and p type graphene of the narrow band gap for absorbing a long wave band of sunlight wave length.
