NOVELTY - A temperature-adjustable building decorative plastic composite film is prepared by (1) adding graphene, n-decanoic acid, butyl stearate, and dispersion emulsifier to water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a dispersion, adding melamine-formaldehyde prepolymer, heating, in-situ polymerizing to form melamine resin, and spray-drying to obtain graphene modified phase change microcapsules having melamine resin as capsule material and n-decanoic acid and butyl stearate as core materials; (2) adding graphene modified phase change microcapsules into polyimide spinning solution, ultrasonically dispersing, and spinning to obtain graphene modified phase change microcapsules of polyimide fiber; and (3) forming polyimide fiber into polyimide nonwoven fabric by hydroentangling method. USE - Preparation of temperature-adjustable building decorative plastic composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film has high thermal conductivity. The polyimide fiber significantly improves the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the composite film, and has good heat storage and temperature regulation performance, which can buffer the heating and cooling process of the composite material and effectively reduce temperature fluctuations.
