A-1513 (RTM: silane coupling agent), 4.3-6.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 2.2-2.4 pts. wt. accelerator TMTM, 1.5-2 pts. wt. accelerator DM, 3-7 pts. wt. octylated diphenylamine, 2.8-3.3 pts. wt. antioxidant BLE, 4.3-4.6 pts. wt. antioxidant OD, 2.5-4 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate and 3-6 pts. wt. naphthenic oil. USE - Rubber material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber material has excellent wear resistance and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A rubber material comprises 65-72 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 33-45 pts. wt. natural rubber, 26-29 pts. wt. neoprene rubber, 35-42 pts. wt. modified graphene, 20-25 pts. wt. silica, 12-16 pts. wt. carbon, 15-20 pts. wt. barite powder, 3-5 pts. wt. A-1513 (RTM: silane coupling agent), 4.3-6.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 2.2-2.4 pts. wt. accelerator TMTM, 1.5-2 pts. wt. accelerator DM, 3-7 pts. wt. octylated diphenylamine, 2.8-3.3 pts. wt. antioxidant BLE, 4.3-4.6 pts. wt. antioxidant OD, 2.6-3.2 pts. wt. coconut oil, 2.5-4 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 3-6 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. phenyl petroleum sulfonate and 2.3-2.6 pts. wt. epoxy resin. The modified graphene is obtained by mixing 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. graphene with 1000-2000 pts. wt. water, ultrasonically processing resultant mixture for 50-54 minutes, obtaining graphene oxide solution having concentration of 1.2-1.6 mg/ml, adding 2-4.6 pts. wt. polyphenol, performing ultrasonic treatment of resultant solution at 16-19 kHz and 800-900 W, centrifuging processed solution at 7000-7200 rpm for 35-40 minutes and filtering resultant material using vacuum-filtration apparatus at 64-69 MPa. Also claimed is, manufacture of rubber material, which involves adding styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber and neoprene rubber to mixer at 85-93 degrees C, stirring at 210-230 rpm for 32-35 minutes, adding A-1513 (RTM: silane coupling agent), modified graphene, silica, carbon black and barite powder, stirring resultant mixture at 220-240 rpm for 25-30 minutes, adding octylated diphenylamine, coconut oil, dioctyl phthalate, naphthenic oil, phenyl petroleum sulfonate and epoxy resin, stirring resultant mixture at 100-110 rpm for 18-24 minutes, adding antioxidant BLE and antioxidant OD, mixing resultant mixture for 15-20 minutes, adding sulfur, accelerator TMTM and accelerator DM, stirring resultant mixture at 120-130 rpm for 20-24 minutes, heating at 152-156 degrees C for 8-10 minutes and cooling heated mixture for 26-30 hours.
