NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a substrate using glass. A thin film battery layer selected from cadmium telluride or cadmium sulfide is formed on the substrate. A graphene transition layer is formed on the thin film battery layer. The silicon carbide growth process is performed on the transition layer. A back metal electrode selected from one kind of or alloys of gold, silver, aluminum, nickel, and molybdenum is formed on the graphene transition layer. USE - Method of manufacturing thin film solar battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resistance effect of the thin film solar battery is improved by the back metal electrode.
