NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/copper electrical contact material involves adding copper powder to fluidized bed, decomposing gas phase carbon source into hydrocarbon bed through methane cracking device of fluidized bed, passing into fluidized bed, introducing fluidizing gas to fluidize copper powder, heat treating under action of hydrocarbon atom and fluidizing gas to obtain graphene/copper powder material and sintering graphene/copper powder material. USE - Preparation of graphene/copper electrical contact material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method provides graphene/copper electrical contact material with excellent overall performance and comprehensive performance.
