NOVELTY - Preparation of a patterned graphene thin film on an electrospun fiber network comprises pretreating a glass substrate by immersing in a mixed solution for 0.5-4 hours, washing in ethanol and ultrapure water, placing in3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane toluene solution for 0.5 hours, and washing with toluene, ethanol, and ultrapure water; electrospinning using polyacrylonitrile N,N-dimethyl formamide solution; immersing in 0.1-2 mg/mL graphene oxide aqueous solution for 200-700 nm/seconds, and using Czochralski method; and placing the glass substrate in a vacuum environment using hydrazine hydrate. USE - Method for preparing patterned graphene thin film on an electrospun fiber network. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate and has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of a patterned graphene thin film on an electrospun fiber network comprises: (A) pretreating a glass substrate by immersing in a mixed solution for 0.5-4 hours, washing in ethanol and ultrapure water, placing in 3 vol.% 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane toluene solution for 0.5 hours, and washing with toluene, ethanol, and ultrapure water; (B) electrospinning the glass substrate as carrier using polyacrylonitrile N,N-dimethyl formamide solution at 14-16 kV for 0.8-1.2 mL/hour; (C) immersing the electro-spun fiber-covered glass substrate in 0.1-2 mg/mL graphene oxide aqueous solution for 200-700 nm/seconds, and using Czochralski method to obtain patterned graphene oxide film; and (D) placing the glass substrate in a vacuum environment using hydrazine hydrate.
