NOVELTY - Preparing modified polyacrylonitrile fiber membrane with antibacterial properties, comprises (i) adding chitosan to distilled water, adding carbodiamine hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, adding acid solution during stirring, adjusting pH to 4.5-5.2, and heating, stirring, dissolving, adding polyacrylonitrile and stirring; (ii) adding sodium hydroxide solution to adjust pH value to 8.2-8.5, filtering and drying filter residue to obtain modified polyacrylonitrile; (iii) adding graphene oxide to deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion, adding sodium hydroxide, ultrasonically stirring, filtering, washing, drying, adding to distilled water, adding dopamine, stirring, adding dropwise Tris-HCl, adding chitosan, filtering, and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide; (iv) adding modified graphene oxide into N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding the modified polyacrylonitrile, heating, dissolving, spinning and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified polyacrylonitrile fiber membrane with antibacterial properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified polyacrylonitrile fiber membrane with antibacterial properties, comprises (i) adding chitosan (CS) to distilled water, adding carbodiamine hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, adding acid solution during stirring, adjusting pH to 4.5-5.2, and heating to 40-50degreesC, stirring, dissolving, adding polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and stirring for 20-30 hours; (ii) bringing the temperature to room temperature, adding 0.5-0.6 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH value to 8.2-8.5, filtering, collecting the filter residue and the filtrate, and deionizing the filter residue with water dialysis for 25-36 hours, taking out and collecting the filter residue and filtrate, deionized water out and drying the filter residue to obtain modified polyacrylonitrile; (iii) adding graphene oxide (GO) to deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion, adding sodium hydroxide, ultrasonically stirring for 2-3 hours, filtering, washing, drying, adding to distilled water, adding dopamine and stirring at 45-50degreesC, adding dropwise Tris-HCl to adjust the pH value to 11-11.6, adding chitosan to continue stirring for 8-12 hours, filtering, and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide; (iv) adding the modified graphene oxide into N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly for 0.5-2 hours, adding the modified polyacrylonitrile, heating to 50-60degreesC, uniformly dissolving, moving to the electrospinning syringe pump, spinning at a spinning voltage of 16-19 kV, a spinning distance of 14-16 cm, and a spinning rate of 0.6-0.8 ml/hour to obtain a fiber membrane, and immersing the fiber membrane into filtrate, carrying out the reaction at 40-50degreesC for 15-20 hours, taking out the fiber membrane, washing with distilled water, and drying.
