▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene thin film is manufactured by providing back support substrate; disposing a catalyst thin film; introducing hydrocarbon inclusive gas proximate to the catalyst thin film; heating substrate to cause hydrocarbon inclusive gas to partially separate carbon and promote graphene growth in and/or on the catalyst thin film; and rapidly cooling to promote crystallization of graphene on outermost surface of catalyst thin film. USE - Method of manufacturing graphene thin film (claimed) used in metal oxides window electrodes for solid-state solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The method provides smooth and patternable electrode materials with good stability, high transparency, and excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of hetero-epitaxially growing graphene thin film.
