NOVELTY - A rubber composition comprises 1-10 pts. wt. bis-(3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl)-tetrasulfide, 1-5 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 10-20 pts. wt. naphthenic oil, 2-8 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-silica powder, 30-60 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion, 1-10 pts. wt. clay, and 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Rubber composition. ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition has enhanced wear resistance, and improved tensile strength and tear strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of rubber composition comprising mixing bis-(3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl)-tetrasulfide and naphthenic oil, sonicating for 5-10 minutes, adding clay, continuously sonicating for 5-10 minutes, adding nano-silica powder and styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion, mixing, heating to 30-45 degrees C, adding flocculating agent, stirring, and standing for 5-8 hours; and washing, drying, adding calcium carbonate and graphene, mixing, adding sulfur, and heating to 100-200 degrees C to carry out vulcanization crosslinking reaction.
