▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of doped zinc oxide-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite thin film involves preparing a mixed solution by mixing zinc precursor, dopant precursor and graphene oxide in a dispersion, preparing a substrate on which the mixture is deposited, spraying the mixed solution on the substrate by an electrospray method, and annealing the substrate, where the zinc precursor is zinc acetate dihydrate, the dispersion is ethylene glycol, and the dopant is aluminum, gallium or indium. USE - The method is useful for producing doped zinc oxide-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite thin film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce doped zinc oxide-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite thin film having improved conductivity.
