▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A PDDA functionalized graphene modified glassy carbon electrode preparing method involves obtaining PDDA functionalized graphene and dispersing obtained PDDA functionalized graphene in water to obtain PDDA functionalized graphene suspension. A glassy carbon electrode is washed by using aluminum oxide suspension. Ultrasonic cleaning is carried out on the washed electrode. The cleaned glass electrode is treated with functionalized graphene suspension under nitrogen atmosphere. The treated glassy carbon electrode is dried to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing PDDA functionalized graphene modified glassy carbon electrode that is utilized for detecting p-nitrophenol (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A PDDA functionalized graphene modified glassy carbon electrode preparing method involves performing ultrasound treatment on 50 mL 1mg.ml-1 graphene oxide solution for 4 hours and mixing 20% PDDA solution and distilled water with the treated graphene oxide solution. The mixture is stirred for 30 minutes. 1.5 ml 80 wt.% hydrazine hydrate is added into the stirred mixture. The mixture is heated in a hydro-thermal kettle at 100 degrees C for 3 hours. The heated mixture is cooled and washed by using distilled water. The washed product is dried at 60 degrees C to obtain PDDA functionalized graphene. The obtained PDDA functionalized graphene is dispersed in water to obtain PDDA functionalized graphene suspension. A glassy carbon electrode is washed by using aluminum oxide suspension. Ultrasonic cleaning is carried out on the washed electrode by using distilled water. The cleaned glass electrode is treated with 5 mu l PDDA functionalized graphene suspension under nitrogen atmosphere. The treated glassy carbon electrode is dried by using infrared lamp to obtain a finished product.
