▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing a silicon substrate. A two-dimensional material is laminated on the substrate. The two-dimensional material is dried. A heat release element is attached along the boundary of the laminated two-dimensional material. The electrodes are attached on the two-dimensional material. The heat is applied to remove the heat-peelable element. The two-dimensional material is graphene, fluorographene, graphene oxide, black phosphorus, transition metal dichalcogenide, transition metal dichalcogen transition metal trichalcogenide, metal phosphorous trichalcogenide, metal monochalcogenide, hexagonal boron nitride, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, boron nitride, borocanonite, and maxene. USE - Method for manufacturing solar cell using thermal release tape. ADVANTAGE - The solar cell manufacturing method involves laminating a two-dimensional material on a silicon substrate, and drying the material, and attaching a heat release element to the boundary of the laminated material, where the electrodes are adhered on the silicon substrate and the thermal release element is removed by applying heat, and thus ensures simple and efficient manufacturing of the solar cell with improved efficiency using a thermal release tape without a photolithography process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the method for manufacturing solar cell.
