▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) composite powder comprises g-C3N4 nanoparticles, which are uniformly distributed on graphene sheet, and has heterogeneous structure between graphene and g-C3N4. USE - Graphene/g-C3N4 composite powder used as solid lubricant (claimed) useful for lubricating oil additive, solid lubricating coating, and self-lubricating polymer material. ADVANTAGE - Due to the presence of heterogeneous structure between g-C3N4 and graphene, synergistic effect of components is achieved, so that the graphene/g-C3N4 composite powder has a low coefficient of friction, excellent lubrication and friction properties, and long wear life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/g-C3N4 composite powder comprising preparation of g-C3N4 powder by putting melamine into crucible, putting the crucible in a muffle furnace, raising the temperature to 550-650 degrees C, keeping the temperature for 1-4 hours and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain g-C3N4 powder, adding the g-C3N4 powder in high energy ball mill, refining by high energy ball milling to obtain g-C3N4 powder, mixing graphene and g-C3N4 powder at 1:1-1:5 mass ratio, adding in high energy ball mill and high energy ball milling.
