▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nanogel, comprises a graphene-like nanosheet and a polysaccharide, where the graphene-like nanosheet comprises a carbonization product of at least a portion of the polysaccharide, and the graphene-like nanosheet is complexed with the polysaccharide to form a cross-linked supramolecular structure. USE - Nanogel for preventing or treating a disease or a condition susceptible to amelioration by an anticoagulant or an antioxidant in a subject in need, where the disease or the condition is selected from thrombophilia, vascular thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, cardiac ischemia, ischemic stroke, cryptogenic stroke, embolic stroke of an undetermined source, myocardial infarction, pulmonary hypertension, and asthma (all claimed). Test details are described but no results given. ADVANTAGE - The nanogel provides a bioinspired and eco-friendly approach for the one-pot synthesis of nanogels from cost-effective and easily available polysaccharides without needing to employ any catalyst and hazardous solvents, provides a phenolic-polysaccharide nanogel having an anticoagulation activity and an antioxidation activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing the nanogel which involves carbonizing the polysaccharide by dry heating; and (2) a method for preventing or treating a disease or a condition susceptible to amelioration by an anticoagulant or an antioxidant in a subject in need which involves administering to the subject a composition comprising the nanogel and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle.
