NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly paint coating composition comprises primer composition comprising first acrylic polymer resin, first top coating composition comprising second acrylic polymer resin, and second top coating composition comprising third acrylic polymer resin. The undercoating composition comprises 38-42 pts. wt. first acrylic polymer resin (I), 7-11 pts. wt. first acrylic mixture, 3-7 pts. wt. magnesium carbonate, 3-7 pts. wt. melamine polyphosphate, 2-6 pts. wt. silver nanoparticles having particle size of 20-30 nm, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide nanoparticles having particle size of 20-30 nm, 0.1-1 pts. wt. 10,10'-oxybisphenoxarsine, 0.1-1 pts. wt. methyl cellulose, 0.1-1 pts. wt. carbon fiber coated with graphene oxide, and 21-25 pts. wt. water. The first acrylic mixture is mixture of ethyl methacrylate, lauryl methacrylate and dimethacrylate diethylene glycol in weight ratio of 4:4:2. USE - The composition is useful for construction method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent appearance properties i.e. gloss, water resistance, weather resistance, hardness and adhesion, and excellent defoaming properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environmentally friendly paint coating composition comprises primer composition comprising first acrylic polymer resin, first top coating composition comprising second acrylic polymer resin, and second top coating composition comprising third acrylic polymer resin. The undercoating composition comprises 38-42 pts. wt. first acrylic polymer resin of formula (I), 7-11 pts. wt. first acrylic mixture, 3-7 pts. wt. magnesium carbonate, 3-7 pts. wt. melamine polyphosphate, 2-6 pts. wt. silver nanoparticles having particle size of 20-30 nm, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide nanoparticles having particle size of 20-30 nm, 0.1-1 pts. wt. 10,10'-oxybisphenoxarsine, 0.1-1 pts. wt. methyl cellulose, 0.1-1 pts. wt. carbon fiber coated with graphene oxide, and 21-25 pts. wt. water. The first acrylic mixture is a mixture of ethyl methacrylate, lauryl methacrylate and dimethacrylate diethylene glycol in weight ratio of 4:4:2. The first top coating composition comprises 48-52 pts. wt. second acrylic polymer resin of formula (II), 7-11 pts. wt. second acrylic mixture, 3-7 pts. wt. urethane additive, 3-7 pts. wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber (CSM), 3-7 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 3-7 pts. wt. carbon black, 1-5 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 1-5 pts. wt. cellulose acetate butylate and 13-17 pts. wt. water. The second acrylic mixture is mixture of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, glycidyl methacrylate, and dimethacrylate diethylene glycol in weight ratio of 3:3:4. The urethane-based additive is prepared by (a) mixing polytetramethylene glycol, dimethylolpropionic acid, N-methylpinolidone solution and isophorone diisocyanate to prepare prepolymer, (b) neutralizing the prepolymer with triethylamine diluted in N-methylpinolidone solution, (c) adding distilled water to the neutralized prepolymer to disperse it, and then adding ethylene diamine as a chain extender to prepare polyurethane, and (c) adding ethylmetaacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile to the polyurethane and performing stirring process. The second top coating composition comprises 38-42 pts. wt. third acrylic polymer resin of formula (III), 18-22 pts. wt. acrylic-modified polyurethane resin, 5-9 pts. wt. silicon compound of formula (IV), 5-9 pts. wt. copper powder, 5-9 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 3-7 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 2-6 pts. wt. activated carbon powder, 0.5-4 pts. wt. cellulose-based thickener, 0.5-4 pts. wt. rosin ester-based adhesion promoter, 0.3-2 pts. wt. 2.2-methylenebis(6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol), 0.1-1 pts. wt. sodium chloride and 0.1-1 pts. wt. hindered amine. n1, m1, p1, q1, n2, m2, p2, q2, n3, m3, p3 and q3=20-30; and x=5-50. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for construction method using environmentally friendly paint coating composition, comprising (a) applying high-pressure water to the surface of the structure to remove foreign substances, drying, and then pre-treating using a pre-treatment agent, (b) forming an undercoating layer by applying an undercoating composition on the pretreated structure surface, (c) forming a first top coat layer by applying first top coat composition on the undercoat layer, and (d) forming a second top coat layer by applying second top coat composition on the first top coat layer.
