▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Use of permanganyl ion as intercalation agent in preparation of manganese-embedded graphene, is claimed. USE - Use of permanganyl ion as intercalation agent in preparation of manganese-embedded graphene for preparing graphene oxide (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The permanganyl ion enables the preparation of manganese-embedded graphene at room temperature under mild reaction condition. The permanganyl ion and concentrated sulfuric acid can be recycled and separated in the form of liquid during the reaction process. The manganese-embedded graphene enables the preparation of graphene oxide having low density, by simple, convenient and economical process. The graphene oxide can be separated by flotation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of manganese-embedded graphene, which involves pre-treating graphite at 25 plus minus 2 degrees C, adding sodium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid, mixing uniformly, obtaining a mixture (A), adding a mixture (B) obtained by mixing sodium nitrate, potassium permanganate and concentrated sulfuric acid at 25 plus minus 2 degrees C, and reacting at 25 plus minus 2 degrees C; and (2) preparation of graphene oxide, which involves mixing manganese-embedded graphene and hydrogen peroxide solution at 25 plus minus 2 degrees C.
