NOVELTY - A calcium-zinc stabilizer comprises 120-270 parts mass calcium stearate, 60-97 parts mass zinc stearate, 30-66 parts mass anti-aging agent, 45-70 parts mass lubricant, 100-215 parts mass zeolite powder with particle size of less than 100 mu m, and 200-500 parts mass filler. USE - Calcium-zinc stabilizer for PVC. ADVANTAGE - The calcium-zinc stabilizer locates the calcium chloride precipitated in the PVC through the microporous structure on the zeolite powder, which avoids the calcium chloride to form larger crystals during the precipitation process, thereby improving the weather resistance and heat resistance of PVC. The preparation method adopts one-pot synthesis method to form product with high production efficiency, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the calcium-zinc stabilizer, which involves (1) mixing 440-620 parts mass stearic acid, 27-62 parts mass calcium hydroxide and 14-23 parts mass zinc oxide with filler, reacting at 130-150 degrees C for 40-60 minutes to obtain calcium stearate-zinc stearate mixed solution, (2) cooling to 120-130 degrees C, adding lubricant, anti-aging agent and filler, reacting for 20-35 minutes to obtain mixed slurry, and (3) cooling to 85-105 degrees C, adding zeolite powder, mixing for 30-75 minutes, cooling to room temperature and cutting. The mass ratio of filler added in step (1) and step (2) is 1:2-5. The amount of stearic acid added is more than 1.2 times the total amount of calcium hydroxide and zinc oxide; and (2) production device, which comprises reaction component and curing component. The reaction component comprises reaction kettle and feeding component arranged on reaction kettle for adding materials to the reaction kettle. The feeding component comprises metering hopper (A), metering hopper (B) and feeding hopper connected to reaction kettle. The metering hopper (A) and metering hopper (B) are respectively connected to the feeding hopper through a feeding pipe. The curing component comprises frame, hot melt tank arranged on the frame, adhesion roller arranged on the frame, cooling device arranged on the frame and scraper arranged on the frame. The hot melt tank is provided with heating device, and the frame is provided with driving device for driving the adhesion roller to rotate. The adhesion roller is located above the hot melt tank and cooling device is located above the adhesion roller, and the scraper abuts on the side wall of the adhesion roller and is located between the hot melt tank and the adhesion roller. The scraper is arranged obliquely downward from the side close to the adhesion roller to the side away from the adhesion roller. The reaction kettle is connected to the hot melt tank through discharge pipe, and solenoid valve is provided at the connection between the discharge pipe and the reaction kettle.
