NOVELTY - Heat-conducting silicone gel composite material, comprises 50-100 pts. wt. silicone oil, 200-1000 pts. wt. heat-conducting particles, 0.5-2 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-4 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, and 0.3-2 pts. wt. catalyst in which heat-conducting particles are flake-like particles, and high heat-conducting fillers of each particle are arranged in directional arrangement. USE - The heat-conducting silicone gel composite material is useful in the technical field of heat-conducting materials. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting silicone gel composite material enhances heat conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heat-conducting silicone gel composite material, comprising (i) mixing 500-900 pts. wt. high heat-conducting filler, 90 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil of 5000 Mpa, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.3 pts. wt. inhibitor and 0.6 pts. wt. catalyst are fused together, extruding and curing into rubber strip through screw extruder, high heat-conducting fillers in rubber strip are arranged in directional arrangement, and outlet temperature of screw extruder is 120-130 ℃, (ii) according to thickness and size requirements of dispensing, slicing rubber strip with appropriate thickness to obtain heat-conducting particles of flake particles, and (iii) adding silicone oil and chain extender to high-speed disperser for uniform mixing, then adding heat-conducting particles, and adding leveling agent, thixotropic agent, and platinum catalyst, and continuously stirring at high speed and high temperature for 2-4 hours at temperature of 100 ℃, after cooling to obtain final product.
