NOVELTY - Long lasting led paint comprises divinylbenzene, phthalic anhydride, acrylate, styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, propargyl alcohol, tetrahydrofuran, graphene, nanosilica, silane coupling agent KH560, dimethylformamide, sodium azide, aluminum chloride, sodium ascorbate solution, copper sulfate solution, high-density polyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, trimellitic acid trioctyl, borax and ethyl cellulose. USE - Long lasting led paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint is thermally conductive, high and low temperature resistance and strong corrosion resistance that can form uniform and stable coating film on substrate surface with good storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Long lasting led paint comprises 0.1-0.13 pt. wt. divinylbenzene, 1-2 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride, 3-5 pts. wt. acrylate, 12-15 pts. wt. styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, 6-10 pts. wt. propargyl alcohol, 90-100 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene, 16-20 pts. wt. nanosilica, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. silane coupling agent KH560, 700-800 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 4-5 pts. wt. sodium azide, 0.04-0.05 pt. wt. aluminum chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. 1.6-2% sodium ascorbate solution, 2-3 pts. wt. 1.8-2% copper sulfate solution, 120-130 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 0.7-1 pt. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 3-4 pts. wt. trimellitic acid trioctyl, 2-4 pts. wt. borax and 0.6-1 pt. wt. ethyl cellulose. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of long lasting led paint comprising mixing phthalic anhydride and acrylate, adding to 40-50 times 30-40 wt.% ethanol solution, heating at 70-80 degrees C, adding divinylbenzene, incubating for 2-3 hours and cooling to get crosslinked premix; mixing styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, propargyl alcohol and tetrahydrofuran, incubating with stirring at 50-60 degrees C for 10-16 hours, vacuum distilling to remove liquid and vacuum drying to get alkynyl copolymer; adding polyvinyl alcohol to 10-15 times dimethyl formamide, stirring, adding ethylcellulose, heating at 50-60 degrees C, adding graphene, stirring for 30-40 minutes, filtering, vacuum drying filter cake, mixing with nanosilica and borax and milling for 30-40 minutes to get powder; adding powder to 20-30 times toluene, ultrasonic dispersing for 2-3 hours, adding silane coupling agent KH560, heating at 86-90 degrees C, stirring for 10-12 hours, cooling, filtering and vacuum drying to get silanized nanoparticles; adding 46-50 wt.% dimethylformamide to silanized nanoparticles, ultrasonic dispersing for 2-3 hours, adding sodium azide and aluminum trichloride, stirring at 30-35 degrees C for 24-25 hours, filtering, washing with water and vacuum drying to get azide nanoparticles; mixing with alkynyl copolymer, adding to remaining dimethyl formamide, bubbling with nitrogen for 30-40 minutes, adding 2-3% each of sodium ascorbate and copper sulfate solutions, reacting at 76-80 degrees c for 20-24 hours, adding trimellitic acid trioctyl, incubating with stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding crosslinked premix and 10-20 wt.% high-density polyethylene, stirring for 7-10 minutes with 60-100 revolutions/minute (rpm) speed, filtering, washing filter cake successively with distilled water, dimethylformamide and acetone for 2-3 times each and vacuum drying to get graft nanoparticles; and blending with remaining raw materials, stirring, melt extruding in twin-screw extruder, cooling, crushing and sieving.
