NOVELTY - Producing waterproof multi-layer composite corrugated board comprises screening and purifying 10% waste paper pulp residue, adding 70% waste paper into a pulper for crushing, drawing 10% waste paper pulp and 10% raw paper fiber into a pulper, removing slag from the mixed slurry by a slag removing machine, placing into a pulp tank for stirring, adding 5% graphene powder and 5% plastic powder into the pulp tank, stirring, drying, hot pressing the dried paper material in a hot pressing process, pressing to obtain corrugated corrugated paper, drying the paper layer, coating with a waterproof film, coating the corrugated paper layer, core paper layer and facial tissue layer, cladding after gluing, quickly drying, adhering the dried corrugated paper layer, core paper layer and facial tissue layer in a sequence, where facial tissue layer is outside and the corrugated paper layer and core paper layer are spaced apart, heating, shaping, cooling, pressing the corrugated board and cutting. USE - The method is useful for producing waterproof multi-layer composite corrugated board. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves compressive strength of corrugated board by hot-pressing technique; adds pulp-making material into the plastic powder, which reduces easy collapse of the corrugated paper by water; comprises waterproof film coating on opposite side of the paper layer, which further improves the waterproof property of corrugated board.
