NOVELTY - Modified acrylic acid resin, comprises 100-200 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic acid resin, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. wetting agent, 22.0-65.0 pts. wt. modified filler particle, 1.0-2.8 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.6-1.3 pts. wt. pH regulator, 0.9-1.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.6-1.1 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.28-2.1 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.8-2.1 pts. wt. modifying agent and 15.0-50.0 pts. wt. water USE - The modified acrylic acid resin is useful for coating solar battery back plate. ADVANTAGE - The resin: has high utilization rate of raw material; improve the loading activity of the raw material, coating load strength and performance; ensure the coating treatment effect by aggregate filler of the silicon dioxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified acrylic acid resin comprising (i) injecting the aqueous-based acrylic resin raw material into a metering tank from a raw material storage tank through a pipeline at low pressure, taking specific amount of raw material and flowing into a stirring kettle in a self-flowing manner through a discharge valve of the metering tank, (ii) adding modified filler particles, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and a dispersing agent into a stirring kettle from a tank opening, gradually stirring, adding a modifying agent for three times and fully mixing, (iii) adding an auxiliary agent, adding a wetting agent, a flatting agent and a defoaming agent, gradually increasing the rotating speed of the stirring kettle, and allowing until the raw materials are fully dispersed to be uniform, (iv) grinding the pre-dispersed raw material slurry by a grinder to control the fineness of filler particles to reach a standard, (v) adding the ground slurry into water liquid with the specific amount for alkene blending, adding a toning color paste, fully mixing and allowing to stand, and (vi) extracting detection indexes and packaging according to quantitative specifications after the detection indexes are qualified.
