▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a resistance-type flexible pressure sensor main body formed as a combined structure. An electrode is formed as a graphene structure. A square-shaped structure and an inter digital pattern are arranged up and down. The pattern boundary is aligned. The two graphene structures are encapsulated on the substrate material by adhesive tape. USE - Resistance-type flexible pressure sensor based on laser-induced graphene for measuring size of applied pressure based on change of resistance. ADVANTAGE - The pressure sensor has high sensitivity and quick response, and realizes simple preparation process and reduce characteristics cost, and can respond to the pressure in the range of 5Pa to 5kPa, response in 100 milliseconds, and has high stability. The processing environment has no specific requirement, and the sensor realizes easy large-scale preparation and array expansion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene structure is formed by laser engraving ablation on the substrate. The adhesive tape is made of insulator material. The substrate with the square graphene structure and a graphene structure of the inter digital pattern are made of polyimide material. The substrate with the graphene structure of the inter digital pattern is made of a polyimide of paper. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of the resistance-type flexible pressure sensor based on laser-induced graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a sensor.
