NOVELTY - A carbon nitride modified carbon nanotube composite heat conducting silicone grease is prepared by mixing and processing nitrogen-rich precursor and carbon nanotube in certain mannre to obtain dry mixture, putting into muffle furnace or tubular furnace, setting certain heating rate under certain atmosphere condition, keeping temperature, cooling to room temperature to obtain carbon nanotube modified by carbon nitride, weighing 1-20 pts. wt. silicone oil, 50-99 pts. wt. basic heat conducting filler, 0.01-20 pts. wt. carbon nanotube modified by carbon nitride and 0-10 pts. wt. functional auxiliary agent, adding silicone oil and functional auxiliary agent into vacuum stirring device to uniformly mix to obtain mixed solution, adding basic heat conducting filler, grinding and mixing, uniformly mixing, adding carbon nanotube modified by carbon nitride, grinding and mixing, and uniformly mixing. USE - The method is used for preparing carbon nitride modified carbon nanotube composite heat conducting silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The product has high heat conductivity and high insulation. The method is simple and has low cost.
