NOVELTY - Graphene oxide modified ordered porous zinc oxide composite film comprises substrate coated with composite film. The composite film is ordered porous zinc oxide modified with graphene oxide nano-sheet. The ordered porous zinc oxide has 50-4900 nm pore diameter and 10-100 nm wall thickness comprising 5-50 nm zinc oxide particles. USE - Graphene oxide modified ordered porous zinc oxide composite film used for commercial photocatalysis, sensor and electronic devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide modified ordered porous zinc oxide composite film comprising mixing graphene oxide solution and zinc salt solution, placing in monolayer colloidal crystal template, dipping substrate, drying and annealing at 350-450 degrees C for 1-4 hours under protective atmosphere.
