USE - Graphene oxide modified ordered porous zinc oxide composite film used for commercial photocatalysis, sensor and electronic devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide modified ordered porous zinc oxide composite film comprising mixing graphene oxide solution and zinc salt solution, placing in monolayer colloidal crystal template, dipping substrate, drying and annealing at 350-450 degrees C for 1-4 hours under protective atmosphere.
