NOVELTY - Method for preparing anti-corrosive paint, involves dispersing graphene oxide in water, processing into suspension, adding into aniline solution, mixing with ammonium sulfate and hydrochloric acid solution, stirring, filtering, washing residue, dissolving in water, adding hydrazine hydrate solution, stirring, condensing, cooling, filtering, washing, drying to obtain complex material, dissolving aqueous epoxy resin in water, processing, ball-milling, mixing with ethylene glycol butyl ether, emulsifier, xylene, acrylic resin and complex material, and stirring product. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-corrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares anti-corrosive paint with good dispersibility, increased resistance to corrosion, rapid conduction capability, and excellent barrier property against oxygen and water molecule. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing anti-corrosive paint, involves (a) weighing 0.5-2 g graphene oxide, dispersing in 1 l water and ultrasonically processing for 2 hours to obtain stable brown graphene oxide suspension, (b) dissolving 1-2 ml aniline in 500 ml 0.2 mol/l hydrochloric acid solution, magnetic stirring to form solution, then adding graphite oxide suspension and magnetic stirring for 1-1.5 hours under ice water bath to obtain stable graphene/aniline/hydrochloric acid mixed solution, (c) weighing 3-6 g ammonium sulfate, adding into 100 ml 0.2 mol/l hydrochloric acid solution, adding the obtained mixed liquid, magnetic stirring under ice water bath for 12-24 hours, filtering, maintaining under static condition for 10-12 hours, obtaining filter residue, and washing using anhydrous ethanol and deionized water until wash solution becomes colorless, (d) taking 1-2 g washed filter residue, dissolving in 1 l water, ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, regulating pH to 10-11 using 10% aqueous ammonia, adding 0.5-1 g 80% hydrazine hydrate solution, stirring for 30 minutes and obtaining a mixture, (e) pouring the mixture into three-necked flask, condensing at 95 degrees C for 20-24 hours, cooling the mixture to room temperature, filtering, obtaining filter residue, washing using deionized water until wash liquid becomes neutral in pH, and drying at 80 degrees C under vacuum condition for 24 hours to obtain polyaniline/graphene complex material, (f) weighing 20-40 g aqueous epoxy resin, dissolving in 20-40 ml distilled water, ball-milling, adding 2.5-5 g talc, 2-4 g barium sulfate and 2.5-5 g calcium carbonate, and ball-milling for 30 minutes to obtain mixed liquid, and (g) adding 2-4 g water-borne film-forming aid ethylene glycol butyl ether, 0.2-0.4 g emulsifier OP-10, 0.2-0.4 g xylene, 3.5-7 g acrylic resin and 2.5-5 g polyaniline/graphene complex material, magnetic stirring uniformly and obtaining product.
