▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing polyimide-based shape-memory composite aerogel, involves (a) carrying out polycondensation reaction of diamine monomer and dianhydride monomer in N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain polyimide precursor polyamic acid gel, (b) placing the obtained polyamic acid gel in water for solvent exchange, and freeze-drying to obtain polyamic acid filaments, (c) dispersing polyamic acid filaments and graphene oxide in water, and mixing to obtain a mixed dispersion, (d) injecting the obtained mixed dispersion into a mold, placing the mold in a freezer for freeze molding, and freeze-drying after molding to obtain a polyamic acid/graphene oxide composite aerogel, and (e) subjecting the obtained polyamic acid/graphene oxide composite aerogel to high-temperature treatment to obtain a polyimide/reduced graphene oxide composite aerogel, which is the polyimide-based shape memory composite aerogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyimide-based shape-memory composite aerogel used in heat-insulating materials, sound-insulating materials, flame-retardant materials, flexible materials, shock-absorbing materials, and energy storage devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared aerogel has low density, high porosity, high deformation temperature and excellent shape memory performance, and fills the current gap in the field of high temperature resistant shape memory aerogel materials, and solves the disadvantages of high volume shrinkage and poor thermal conductivity in the preparation process of the current polyimide aerogel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a polyimide-based shape memory composite aerogel prepared by the method.
