NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-heated fabric comprises (1) adding graphene to the polypyrrole gel to disperse it uniformly, and then adding distilled water to continue sonication until forming a slurry, and then distilling under reduced pressure to obtain gel solution; (2) adding butyl rubber to titanium tetrachloride and stirring until dissolved, then adding alumina, and stirring to form a suspension, and distilling under reduced pressure to form a semi-solid solution; (3) placing the gel solution and semi-solid solution into the high-voltage electrostatic spinning device to perform core-shell double-layer spinning, and keeping the constant temperature until the primary curing to obtain the core-shell fiber filament; (4) weaving the core-shell fiber into a heated non-woven fabric; and (5) placing the heated non-woven fabric in a reaction kettle in a gradient heating and drying manner, and carrying out constant temperature extrusion-drying to obtain graphene-heated fabric. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-heated fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problem of poor thermal insulation effect of the existing fabric, and uses the graphene fabric to form an electric heating system to achieve a good thermal insulation effect.
