NOVELTY - Preparing tumor cell toxicity graphene composite comprises (i) taking graphene oxide with polyamidoamine (PAMAM), and carrying out amidation reaction to obtain PAMAM functionalized graphene oxide composites, where the surface of the graphene oxide has carboxy group, (ii) taking PAMAM functionalized graphene oxide complex, carrying out amidation reaction with the folic acid, where the PAMAM functionalized graphene oxide complex provides an amidation reaction amino group, the folic acid provides carboxy group of the amidation reaction to obtain tumor cell toxicity grapheme composite. USE - The method is useful for preparing tumor cell toxicity graphene composite. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product having excellent biocompatibility of normal cells and strong cytotoxicity.
