▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A dry-grained rock slab comprises green body layer, base glaze layer, and dry-grain surface. The dry-grain surface is formed by spraying 500-800 g/m2 dry-grain glaze. The dry-grain glaze comprises 10-20 pts. wt. transparent frit, 10-15 pts. wt. wear-resistant dry particles, 6-9 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-6 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 2000, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 18-25 pts. wt. printing paste, and 30-45 pts. wt. deionized water. The wear-resistant dry particles comprise 10-20 pts. wt. barium oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. alumina, 3-7 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. silicon powder, and 2-5 pts. wt. emery. USE - Dry-grained rock slab. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the dry-grained rock slab comprising weighing and mixing raw materials of green body layer, sintering at 1100-1400 degrees C, pressing and edging to form green body layer; mixing base glaze raw materials, spraying 500-800 g/m2 base glaze on surface of green body layer, and sintering to 1100-1400 degrees C to form base glaze layer; and mixing dry glaze raw materials, grinding to 150-300 mesh particles, spraying base glaze layer with 500-800 g/m2 dry granular glaze, sintering to 1100-1400 degrees C to form dry-grain surface, and edging.
