▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A compound photocatalytic material is gamma -ferric oxide (Fe2O3)/silicon dioxide (SiO2)/graphene sheets (GSs)/titanium dioxide (TiO2). The mass percentage of GSs is 10-20%, gamma -Fe2O3/SiO2 is 10-15 wt.% and the rest is TiO2. USE - Compound photocatalytic material gamma -Fe2O3/SiO2/GSs/TiO2 used for catalytic degradation of organism (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The excitation condition of produced electron hole is reduced, photocatalytic activity is improved under visible light and repeating utilization factor of titanium dioxide is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing compound photocatalytic material comprising:(A) mixing ferric chloride tetrahydrate (FeCl2-4H2O) and ferric chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3-6H2O) at a ratio of 1:1-2 in deionized water, raising temperature to 60 degrees C, controlling pH at 9-11, stirring for 3-4 hours, drying into a muffle furnace at 400-450 degrees C, calcining for 0.5-1 hour to obtain gamma -Fe2O3, mixing gamma -Fe2O3 and ethanol, ultrasonic dispersing, adding ethyl orthosilicate ethanol and concentrated ammonia water, stirring for 6-8 hours, drying particles, to obtain gamma -Fe2O3/SiO2; (B) carrying out oxidation of graphene oxide (GO) by Hummers oxidation, dissolving GO in anhydrous ethanol, adding sodium borohydride (NaBH4), GO and NaBH4 at a mass ratio of 1:2, then stirring and washing to obtain GSs; and (C) putting GSs into anhydrous ethanol, adding butyl titanate and stirring for 1-2 days, adding deionized water, hydrolyzing butyl titanate, adding gamma -Fe2O3/SiO2, stirring for 2-3 days, drying into a muffle furnace at 400-450 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain the composite photocatalytic material; the volume ratio of butyl titanate and water is 10-5:1; and (2) application in catalytic degradation of organism where reaction initial pH value is 7-10, feeding amount of gamma -Fe2O3/SiO2/GSs/TiO2 is 1-5 grams per liter, initial concentration of organism is 10-20 milligrams per liter, where mass percent of graphene in gamma -Fe2O3/SiO2/GSs/TiO2 is 10-20%.
