NOVELTY - A lithium battery silicon-based negative electrode material is prepared by adding graphene powder into organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, forming first dispersion, adding silicon dioxide particles and metal powder material, forming suspension, ultrasonically dispersing at room temperature, mechanically stirring to obtain graphene/silicon dioxide/metal powder material second dispersion, uniformly dispersing second dispersion, silicon dioxide and metal powder material with graphite powder in physical adsorption way, spray drying second dispersion under inert atmosphere condition to obtain graphene/silicon dioxide/metal powder material powder, adding asphalt powder, uniformly dispersing, and sintering under inert atmosphere condition to obtain solid powder. USE - The method is used for preparing lithium battery silicon-based negative electrode material for lithium battery (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium battery silicon-based negative electrode material is prepared by adding graphene powder into organic solvent, ultrasonically dispersing, forming 0.5-3 g/L first dispersion, adding silicon dioxide particles to dispersion concentration of 5-25 g/L, adding metal powder material to dispersion concentration of 1-10 g/L to form suspension, ultrasonically dispersing at room temperature, mechanically stirring to obtain graphene/silicon dioxide/metal powder material second dispersion, uniformly dispersing second dispersion, silicon dioxide and metal powder material with graphite powder in physical adsorption way, spray drying second dispersion under inert atmosphere condition to obtain graphene/silicon dioxide/metal powder material powder, adding 3-10% asphalt powder, uniformly dispersing, and sintering at 700-1300 degrees C for 5-24 hours under inert atmosphere condition to obtain solid powder. The electrode material has buffer layer structure formed by nano silicon and metal silicate obtained by reacting silicon dioxide with metal powder material, conductive network formed by graphene uniformly dispersed in buffer layer structure, and carbon coating formed by sintering of asphalt carbide during sintering.
