NOVELTY - Flexible graphene film, is claimed. The film is obtained by molding or rolling of three-dimensional graphene, where three-dimensional graphene is a fiber having length of 5-20 mm and diameter of 0.1-1 mm; the thickness of three-dimensional graphene sheet is 5-50 nm; electrical conductivity of three-dimensional graphene is 1000-1500 S/m, and thermal conductivity is 200-300 W/m.k; thickness of flexible graphene film is 20-200 mu m; and electrical conductivity of flexible graphene film is 1000-1500 S/m, and thermal conductivity is 1200-1500 W/m.k. USE - The flexible graphene film is useful in electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene film: has high thermal conductivity (1400-1500 W/m.k) and electrical conductivity ((1.35-1.5)x 105 S/m).
