NOVELTY - The micro-strip delay line has a medium substrate. A guide belt is arranged on one side of the medium substrate, and the guide belt has dynamic inductance when transmitting signals. The material of the guide belt is a low-dimensional material. The low-dimensional material is an intercalation complex with an intercalation structure formed by a two-dimensional material and an alkali metal, halogen or halide. The intercalation compound is bromine intercalated graphene and the grounding plate is arranged on the other side of the medium substrate. The material of the medium substrate is one of high-resistance silicon, quartz and aluminum oxide ceramic. USE - Dynamic inductance micro-strip delay line for use in electronic system. ADVANTAGE - The micro-strip delay line can be miniaturized while providing a larger delay amount, and the degree of miniaturization is related to the working frequency and the mobility of the material. The conductivity of the conduction band is improved and the dynamic inductance is also increased.
