NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano silver-graphene oxide composite material by adding graphite powder and sodium nitrate to reaction flask containing concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, dripping potassium permanganate and maintaining at 10 degrees C for 1.5-3 hours, stirring, diluting with deionized water, adding hydrogen peroxide, stirring, centrifuging, and washing and drying the graphene oxide, adding the graphene oxide to deionized water, adjusting the graphene oxide solution to neutral, diluting the solution with deionized water to nearly transparent, and adding dimethylformamide, and treating at normal temperature to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving silver nitrate into deionized water, and treating for 5 minutes, and adding the silver nitrate solution to the graphene oxide dispersion, adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, ultrasonically treating, adding reducing agent to the mixed solution, heating, reacting, cooling, centrifuging, washing and drying. USE - Method for preparing nano silver-graphene oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and no non-toxic side effects, shortens the oxidation time, is reasonable, and easy to disperse in water, is simple, efficient, and environmentally-friendly, has lower toxicity, maintains excellent sterilization and anti-mildew effect for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing nano silver-graphene oxide composite material involves (i) adding required amount of graphite powder and sodium nitrate, to a reaction flask containing concentrated sulfuric acid at cold water temperature, magnetically stirring, during this time, dripping potassium permanganate and maintaining at 10 degrees C for 1.5-3 hours, taking it out, stirring for 2-3 days at normal temperature, after the reaction is over, diluting with deionized water, adding 50% hydrogen peroxide, and continuously stirring for 2-3 hours, centrifuging, and washing with 0.1 mol/l dilute hydrochloric acid and distilled water several times to a pH close to 7, and drying the graphene oxide, (ii) taking the graphene oxide prepared in the step (i) and adding it to deionized water, adjusting the graphene oxide solution to neutral with 0.1 mol/l potassium hydroxide and 0.1 mol/l hydrochloric acid solution, diluting the solution with deionized water to nearly transparent, adding dimethylformamide (DMF), and ultrasonically treating at normal temperature for 5 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving silver nitrate into deionized water, and ultrasonically treating for 5 minutes, and (iii) adding the silver nitrate solution to the graphene oxide dispersion, adding small amount of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, ultrasonically treating for 20 minute, adding reducing agent to the mixed solution, heating at 85-100 degrees C, and reacting for 30-180 minutes, cooling to normal temperature, centrifuging to obtain the solid product, washing with absolute ethanol and deionized water and drying to obtain the product.
