NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/silicate copper composite powder comprises core of sheet-shaped graphene oxide, shell layer and needle-shaped silicate nano copper, which is arranged on the core surface in the form of array. USE - Graphene oxide/silicate copper composite powder used in superhydrophobic coating, automobile, aerospace, solar battery and domestic articles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/silicate copper composite powder has good corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for : (1) method for preparing graphene oxide/silicate copper composite powder, which involves mixing surface active agent, alcohol solvent and deionized water to obtain mixed solution; dispersing graphene oxide ultrasonically for 20-60 minutes with obtained mixed solution to obtain suspension; adding silicate ester compound with obtained solution with stirring for 5-8 hours under room temperature and centrifuging; washing centrifuged product and drying to obtain silica-coated graphene oxide; dispersing obtained silica-coated graphene oxide in de-ionized water with stirring for 20-60 minutes ultrasonically; adding aqueous ammonia with stirring to adjust the pH value to 10-11.5 and adding copper compound dropwise with stirring to obtain mixed suspension; transferring obtained mixed suspension to stainless steel autoclave lined with polytetrafluoroethylene at 80-120 degrees C and cooling at 80-120 degrees C; centrifuging for 8-24 hours, then washing and dried to obtain graphene oxide/silicate copper composite powder; and (2) a method for preparing superhydrophobic coating; dispersing graphene oxide/copper silicate composite fine powder having micro-nanostructure on alcoholic solvent to obtain 0.2-1 milligram/moles graphene oxide/copper silicate dispersion; depositing oxidized graphene/ copper silicate composite powder material on surface of substrate; subjecting solvent to volatilization, drying at 50-80 degrees C; immersing resulting surface in fluorosilane/cyclohexane mixed solution for 10-180 minutes to obtain superhydrophobic coating, where fluorosilane is dodecafluoroheptylpropyltrimethoxazole silane, tridecafluorooctyltriethoxysilane, heptafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane and heptafluorodecyltriethoxysilane.
