NOVELTY - An aqueous epoxy graphene inorganic flake anticorrosion paint comprises components A and B. The component A comprises 30-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. cosolvent, 0.2-1.0 pt. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.3-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-15 pts. wt. filler, 5-15 pts. wt. antirust material, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 10-40 pts. wt. inorganic flake, 0.1-1.0 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.2-1.5 pts. wt. anti-rust agent, 0.1-1.0 pt. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.1-1.0 pt. wt. delusterant and 5-20 pts. wt. deionized water. The component B comprises aqueous amine epoxy curing agent. The mass ratio of components A and B is 4:1-8:1. USE - Aqueous epoxy graphene inorganic flake anticorrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has high strength, strong corrosion resistance, small thermal expansion coefficient and good heat resistance and permeability resistance, improves performance of flake resin heavy anti-corrosion material, and solves large brittleness of flake, low mechanical strength, low coefficient of heat conductivity and easy aging off and not ideal long-acting anti-corrosive performance.
